You know that feeling you get in the morning, after you worked out for 45 minutes the day before? Im not gonna lie, I kinda like this feeling. You get out of bed and feel like you fell down a flight of stairs. It's awesome.
Im just another person that has decided to lose some pounds and gain some muscle. Nothin more than that. I don't use or a gym, nor do I have any equipment. This blog is for anyone in the same position, and also for me to keep track of my results. (And for the record, everything on this blog is my non-expert opinion. If you use anything on here, it's at your own risk, so don't even think of suing me if you break a hip.)
If you decide to start working out, and you haven't in a while, I highly suggest you ease into it. When I first started, I swore it felt like I got jumped by a group of gummy bears on crack, with baseball bats. And it hurts. Go easy, ease into it, and make sure to always stretch before doing anything. Unless you really feel like working out with a torn muscle. :)
Im a confused teenage male from a city of mountains in western Colorado. I'm not perfect, I don't claim to be. Im not sure who I am, or where I am. I'm a complete loverboy, hopeless romantic, whatever term is in use these days. I can be very sarcastic, and tend to be too damn headstrong. I try to not take myself too seriously though, because I get annoyed by those that do.
The majority of my time is spent with my head in a book, or here online researching/ learning/ finding new music/ etc. I am also a complete trivia game show addict (Jeopardy, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, etc)
